Thanks! It takes a lot of work, and honestly I can't say it's all me. I send in what I think is the final, then a supervisor does some quick paints over it and says "Make the lighting more like this" or "Make the cloth have a texture more like this" etc. and I then take their concept to a finish. Revisions have happened less and less the longer I've worked there since I've gotten better at their style. Most of the time now they just approve the first submission I make, but in this particular one they didn't like the way I painted the wrinkles on Belle's dress and gave me some examples of Frank Brangwyn's art and told me to try and make the wrinkles more like the way he does his.
